Do I need to be at home when my order arrives?Updated a year ago

Nope! Our carriers are authorized to leave packages without signatures. However, once you receive your package, it is important to get the food in the freezer ASAP (the same day that it arrives) to keep the food as fresh as possible - unless, of course, you're going to eat them right away 😉 You will receive tracking information for your order so that you can plan accordingly. If you don't plan on being home the same day your order is scheduled to be delivered, we recommend asking a friend or neighbor to pop them in the freezer for you.
