That can be super frustrating, but not to worry - when you order from Mamahuhu, we guarantee you quality product, every time.&#xA0; <span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#414141;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">If your order arrives and all the dry ice has melted, check the temperature of your potstickers. If your potstickers are still partially frozen/cold the touch (below 40 degrees Fahrenheit), they are safe to re-freeze immediately. If the potstickers are warm or squishy, discard them and contact us at support@eatmamahuhu.com. We will send you a replacement box of potstickers for you to enjoy ASAP. &#x2665;&#xA0;
