Where do your ingredients come from?Updated a year ago

Our potstickers have been designed to do one thing: be a quick and easy version of a classic food we love, but with simple, high-quality ingredients. If you read the (short!) ingredients list on the back of each package you’ll see that we don’t put any weird chemicals or preservatives in our food. Furthermore, each flavor of potsticker specifically feature a key ingredient we are proud to be using. In our Tofu & Mushroom flavor that is the organic tofu sourced from our friends at Hodo Bean Co in Oakland, CA. In the Pork & Purple Cabbage flavor we feature a delicious, Duroc heritage breed pork from Klingeman Farms in Ephrata, Washington.  You can check out our work with these companies and more here!
