Where do your ingredients come from? Are they organic?Updated a year ago

We take sourcing very seriously at Mamahuhu. We will always strive to use as many organic ingredients as our operation and the seasons will allow! Each ingredient is carefully considered for provenance, quality, and of course, taste. We love finding opportunities like this to support farmers and farming practices we believe in. The vast majority of the ingredients we use in our restaurants are organic and/or locally sourced. It will always be that way because that is what we value; we’re simply not interested in doing things any differently.
